On the day itself we might ask you to tilt your head to the left or to move your bouquet to the right, just to make sure that the magical scene that we see is captured just right; after all, these photographs will last a lifetime! We will give you just the right amount of direction, without being overbearing. The focus of the day is obviously our bride and groom, who will be surrounded by their nearest and dearest, all of their family and friends and everyone who has a special place in their life. This is why we like to play around with the focus of our wedding pictures. The effect draws the eye to the bride or groom, while the parents or bridal party can be seen slightly faded in the background, looking suitably proud and teary eyed.
Wedding Photography Effects
Another popular effect is the black and white photograph. This effect is timeless, classic and effortlessly elegant. A nice modern twist is to use flashes of colour through the black and white image. For this we can use the bridal party’s button holes that co-ordinate with your colour scheme or the classic confetti picture as you leave your ceremony venue. The confetti throwing is fantastic for candid wedding photography pictures. Everyone is smiling and laughing, blissfully unaware of your wedding photographer in the background capturing all of the magic.
