TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please tick to indicate acceptance of the Term or Condition.
1. Reservations can only be confirmed upon receipt of the initial £100 payment.
2. All reservations are confirmed by 'Occasions Photography', herein called the company.
3. The balance of your chosen package must be received by the company no less than 30 days prior to the date of your wedding.
4. Once a booking is confirmed by the company, cancellations cannot then be accepted.
5. If a booking is cancelled any deposit paid are forfeit.
6. The assigned photographer for your wedding is Gary Anderson.
7. Whilst the company shall use it's best judgement to choose the most appropriate materials, it cannot be held responsible for any manufacturing fault, howsoever caused.
8. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that each digital image is stored and transported in the correct manner, any liability for faults shall be strictly limited to a refund of the package price paid.
9. The dyes used in the manufacture of colour photographic materials change over a period of time and therefore prints or copies of prints cannot be warranted against any colour change and will not be replaced without charge.
10. The copyright of all photographs taken remains the exclusive property of the company who may, from time to time, use such photographs on it's website and social media pages, in advertisements, publications and as sample work for prospective clients to view.
11. It is the responsibility of the client to notify the company in writing of any alternations to the details supplied, most importantly time and place amendments.
